Davetta Ann Ares, 36, was born August 6, 1975 in Ashland, KY the daughter of David Campbell and Sue (Renfroe) Smith.  She passed away January 1, 2012 in Oklahoma City.

Davetta enjoyed spending time reading and writing poetry and loved Tinkerbell and dolphins.

She is survived by her husband, Dwight Anthony Ares of the home; mother, Sue Smith of Mineral Wells, TX; the woman she considered her mother, Janie Souder of Nacogdoches, TX; her in-laws, Brad & Kriss Pontious of El Reno; sons, Taylor Swallow and James Rowe, III; daughter, Jamee Rowe; brother, Max Alley; and sisters, Ami Alley and Lynn Teston.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Faith Family Church in El Reno.
