Albert Pierce Martin

Albert "Skip" Pierce Martin died at home on November 7, 2023, after battling cancer. He was born on July 7, 1943, to parents Albert and Margaret Martin in Fargo, North Dakota. Albert served as a crew chief on B-52 planes in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. After graduating from a computer school, he worked in computer system departments for companies in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma. He finished as a project manager for Love's Corporate Office.

Albert married Joyce Rosenkranz in 1969. They welcomed two children, Randy and Cindy. After retirement, the couple traveled extensively. He loved his hobbies of fishing, scroll saw woodwork, and being an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Skip is preceded in death by his Parents, Baby Sister Judy, and Brothers James and Gary. His sense of humor will be missed by his Wife Joyce Martin, Son Randy Martin and Wife Danah, Grandsons Alexander, Maximillian, and Xavier of Germany, Daughter Cindy Taylor, Granddaughters Chloe and Sloane of Texas, Sister Nancy (Clifford) Cooper of Washington, Sister-In-Law Renee Martin of North Dakota, as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

Albert was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd, Yukon, which is where his Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
