Bettye Jo Heitman

Bettye Jo Heitman passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Spanish Cove in Yukon, OK, at the age of 98. She was born February 28, 1924 in Chicago, IL.

She was an Aviation Medical Program Assistant for the Federal Aviation Administration for many years before her retirement.

Bettye is preceded in death by her husband David Lynn Heitman, and son, Rick Hardy.

Those left to cherish her precious memories are her daughter, Deborah Kaye Redus and her husband Ron; grandsons, Joshua Redus and wife Janelle, Zachary Redus and wife Cameron, Lucas Hardy and wife Irina, and Tony Redus and wife Terri, and granddaughters, Jennifer Scalzo and husband Tony, and Angela Redus, as well as several great-grandkids.

Memorial donations may be made to the Discovery Church Food Pantry, 900 E. Main Street, Yukon, OK 73099.

Viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, at the El Reno Cemetery, El Reno, OK.
