Carol Ann Hall

Carol Hall, 79, of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away on January 11, 2025. Born in Checotah, Oklahoma, on November 5, 1945, Carol moved to Yukon in 1999 and made it her beloved home for the remainder of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love and warmth touched everyone who knew her.

Carol was married to her husband, Robert "Earl" Hall, for many years, and together they raised two children, Carla and David Hall. She took great joy in her family, especially her three grandchildren, Cory, Connor, and Emily, and her three great-grandchildren, Anthony, Genevieve, and Parker Drain.

A woman of many passions, Carol enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She found peace in gardening, where she delighted in "getting her hands in the dirt," a good cup of coffee and loved a good book. Carol also had a competitive side, whether she was bowling, playing games, or challenging the neighborhood kids in video games. When her grandchildren were young, she bought a Nintendo for them and the local kids. To their delight, she became a master at Pac Man, earning her the title of "Pac Man Queen." Her home was often considered the "cool house" by the neighborhood kids, as Carol was always ready to engage in fun and laughter.

Carol's sense of humor and dry wit were ever-present, and she had a way of making everyone feel at ease with her ready smile and calm demeanor. She loved fishing, camping, and spending time in nature, creating cherished memories with her family.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Maxine Brackett, her sister Anita Blair of Louisiana, and her brother Jack Brackett of Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband, Robert "Earl" Hall, her children, Carla (Eric) Drain and David (Laura) Hall, her grandchildren Cory Drain, Connor Drain, and Emily Hall, her great-grandchildren Anthony, Genevieve, and Parker Drain.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M., on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Blanchard Cemetery, located at 2318 N. Council Ave., Blanchard, Oklahoma 73010.
