Danny Lynn Brenneis

DANNY LYNN "DAN" BRENNEIS , 73, passed away on Friday December 2 ^nd , 2022, after a short battle with cancer. He went to be with the Lord in the comfort of his home surrounded by loved ones. Dan was born on September 13 ^th , 1949, in Duncan, Oklahoma to Bette Jo (Wigham) Brenneis and Edward Frank Brenneis. Dan was a Duncan High school graduate class of 1967 and went on to graduate from Central State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Dan moved to Oklahoma City where he owned a furniture store that he loved. During this time, he met the love of his life Sandra Lee Fleeger, and they married on May 21 ^st , 1983. He also worked for Terry Neese Personnel for many years. Dan was a wrestler during his time in school and had a passion for fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. He was well known for his heart of gold and would do anything to help others in need. His wife, Sandy, would often watch him carry television sets or pieces of furniture out of their home to give to others. The joys of his life were his daughter, Lauren, and grandson, Reed. He took great pride in being a father and "Papa".

Dan is survived by his wife, Sandy; daughter, Lauren, and grandson, Reed; sister-in-law, Christine Brenneis, and niece, Rio Brenneis; nephews, Blake and Travis Brenneis, and great-nephew, Baylem Brenneis; sister-in-law, Sherry Dunn, and nieces, Terry Kelly and Traci Delvaux as well as his brother-in-law, Joe Fleeger.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Eddie, Craig, and Joe "The Brenneis Boys"; his sister-in-law, Ula Karen Brenneis and brother-in-law, Ed Dunn.

The memorial service for Dan will be held on Saturday, December 10 ^th at 2pm at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel located at 1500 W. Vandament Ave., Yukon, OK 73099.
