Deborah Lee Woodruff

Deborah Lee Woodruff, 74, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023. Moving to Yukon in 1986, she decided to attended Central State. She had one daughter named Kelly, and granddaughter named Lexie who meant the world to her. Deborah worked as a nursing staff coordinator for 38 years, and when she retired, she said her new job was to read books. Most of her free time was spent with close friends or family going out to eat, playing card games, and playing bunko. Deborah had a cat named Pookie who had lived to be 22 years old before she passed in 2018. She also had a 7 year old cat named Miji (current). Deborah loved to keep her mind sharp with mind puzzles or coloring by the numbers. She also had a love for peach gummy rings, unsweet tea, and her signature high pony with a scrunchie and her sassy blue streak in her blonde hair. She was a friend, mother, grandmother, but most importantly, a light in this world that will surely be missed. You could see her love and faithfulness to God in everything she did. She was the one everyone went to for love and guidance. Proverbs 31:31 Matthew 5:16. Survivors include her daughter, Kelly Woodruff; son-in-law, Jorge Aguinaga; granddaughter, Lexie Aguinaga, and cousin, Carlene Long. Gifts may be made to 502 Annawood Dr., Yukon, OK. Celebration of life services will be handled by the family.
