Delores G. Schrade

Delores G. Schrade, age 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her home in Yukon, OK. She was born in Kilgore, Texas on May 23, 1938 to William and Flora Vincent.

She enjoyed her professional career as a Savings and Loan Real Estate officer for many years before retiring. A devout Christian, Delores was a Bible study leader, prayer warrior, and faithful member of Crossings Community Church.

Delores loved being a mentor to elementary students, gardening, and caring for her dogs.

She was a strong woman, surviving breast cancer and the death of her parents, brother Don Vincent, and daughter Cheryl Treas.

Delores is survived by her husband, Stan Schrade; children: Reggie Shook, Cathy Elrick, Chris Shook, DeeAnn Meziere, Paul Schrade, Nadine Burak, and Margaret Hancock; sister Ann Collins, and sister-in-law Edith Vincent. Delores was the proud and loving grandmother to 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of life services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023 at Crossings Community Church Chapel, Oklahoma City, OK.
