Eric Craig Reynolds

Eric Craig Reynolds was born April 18, 1960 to Richard and Sue Reynolds.  He died at home early Friday morning, June 10, 2022.

He grew up in Oklahoma City and Yukon, graduating from Yukon High School in 1978, where he was active in wrestling and football.   He later graduated from UCO with an art degree.

He held a variety of jobs including pizza cook, private security guard, box manufacturer, long distance trucker, night club manager, mortician's assistant, canning salmon in Alaska-always staying busy. He later graduated from the OCU School of Law and had a criminal defense and bankruptcy practice until his death.  His experiences contributed to his ability to understand his clients and passionately defend their interests.

He also served six years as a communications specialist in the Oklahoma National Guard. He loved all things military and political.

Eric and Katie (Knuppel) were married in 2010, and lived near Mustang OK.  They had a large yard and he was happiest when grooming the grass, grilling, or working in his shop on a wide variety of projects. He was a music aficionado and loved all genres and especially vinyl records. In November, they traveled to Nashville to see Billy Idol in concert. He loved cruises and traveling around the area in his prized Miata.

He leaves behind his wife Katie, his parents Richard and Sue of OKC, his brother Bob and wife Linda of Yukon. He was the proud father of Justin Cale Reynolds and Aidan Craig Reynolds, who he loved more than anything.  He was the grandfather of Rhett Braxton Reynolds, and was anticipating the arrival of a new grandson in September. He had three bonus sons, Jonathan, Christopher and Thomas Buckman who he loved very much. He has a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews that also survive him.

An informal celebration of his life will be held Saturday June 18 ^th at 10:30 am. Please wear something festive or a Hawaiian shirt, and bring a lawn chair.
