Freddie Gonzalez

Freddie Gonzalez age 65 of Yukon, Oklahoma passed away on March, 23, 2023. He was born on November, 20, 1957 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Natividad Sr. & Rosalie Gonzalez.

Freddie loved listening to rock music, hanging with friends and family, all while being hard headed and ornery. He was a talented man who loved drawing and writing. He could be found watching the OU football game every Friday & Saturday. He loved his family fiercely and would do anything for them. His most favorite title most of all was "small papa." He was always found sitting on the floor playing games with his grandsons.

Freddie is preceded in death by both of his parents; three sisters: Peral Bointy of California, Alberta Roach of Texas, and Emma Dunlap of Oklahoma; six brothers: Phillip Gonzalez of Oklahoma, Joe Gonzalez of Georgia, Ray Gonzalez of Louisiana, Johnny Gonzalez of Oklahoma, Manuel Gonzalez of Oklahoma, and Junior Gonzalez of Arkansas, and his wife of seven years, Pauline Gonzalez of Alaska.

Survivors include in four daughters: Julia (Phillip son-in-law) of Oklahoma, Ashley of Arkansas, Shelly of Oklahoma, and Sherri of Oklahoma; two sisters: Dora of Oklahoma and Ginia of Arizona; one brother, Dave of California; eight grandchildren: Cylus and Creed of Oklahoma, Kali & Allison of Oklahoma, Aaliyah, Aj, Hunter, Andre of Oklahoma, as well as numerous nieces and nephews scattered through the states.

Viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29 ^th , 2023, at Yanda & Son Funeral Home, Yukon, OK, with a memorial service at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 30 ^th .
