Geraldine Rust

Geraldine Simpson Rust, 83, passed away on Wednesday morning of January 24th, 2024. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on October 16, 1940, to parents Bithol and Velva Simpson.

Jerrie, as she was known by her friends and loved ones, loved to laugh and had a one of a kind sense of humor. She also had a close realationship with God and shared her faith with anyone. Jerrie was a hairstylist throughout her life, and had a love of gardening and flowers.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents Bithol and Velva Simpson; brothers Jimmy, Clarence, and Troy Lee; sisters Golda and Rose; and grandson Casey. She is survived by her son Larry; daughters Teresa and Kim; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her beloved dog Gracie.

A Celebration of Geraldine's Life will be held at Canadian County Cowboy Church on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.
