Gwendolyn Kay Hanger, age 77, passed from this life on Monday, April 3, 2023 in Yukon, OK. She was born December 19, 1945 in Oklahoma City, OK, the daughter of the late Hallie and Gwendolyn (Burnett) Hanger.
She was a dedicated teacher in the Putnam City School System for many years before retiring. Gwendolyn later opened a craft store, sharing her love of crafts with others.
She is survived by her brother, Fred Hanger and his family.
A memorial service to honor her life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Discovery Church, Yukon, OK.
