Jane Elizabeth Fogg

Jane Elizabeth Fogg, age 75, was born on November 18, 1950, in Allegany County, nestled in the mountains of Western Maryland. She passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Jane was the daughter of Henry and Eva Boore, who raised her and her three siblings in Knapps Meadow, near the town of Lonaconing, Maryland. She graduated from Valley High School in Lonaconing and later attended beauty school in Cumberland, Maryland. In March 1971, Jane enlisted in the United States Navy, where she served as a stock clerk.

In late 1971, Jane met Milton Fogg, and they were married in February 1972. Shortly afterward, Jane became pregnant and received an honorable discharge from the Navy. Together, Jane and Milton had two sons, Jason and Milton II, born two years apart.

Throughout her career, Jane dedicated herself to public service as a civilian employee at several military installations. Her positions included serving as a registered Navy dental assistant and working with the Naval Audit Service, the Naval Investigative Service, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Jane earned two associate degrees, studied martial arts, and participated in several Christian singles groups. She was a member of several churches throughout her life and remained steadfast in her faith and devotion to Jesus Christ.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eva Boore.

She is survived by her sons, Jason Fogg and Milton Fogg Jr.; her grandchildren; her brother; her two sisters; and many friends who will cherish her memory.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Yukon, Oklahoma, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m.

She will be laid to rest at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma.
