Jean (Tyson) Anderson Culp

Jean (Tyson) Anderson Culp was born March 17, 1930 and passed from this life on Friday, September 23, 2022.

Mona Jean, Jean, JC, Mom, Sister, Mammaw, no matter the name you used she was a funny, sweet, loving lady who knew how to make you feel special. She loved to dance, travel, and take care of others. She was beautiful, charming, and a consummate hostess. She may have left this world, but she will forever remain a warm and fuzzy place in the hearts of all who knew her.

Her family and friends are so very happy her wish came true. She just wanted to go to sleep and wake up in heaven. She went peacefully and gracefully just as she lived. We will miss you and love you forever. When we close our eyes, we see you young, smiling, and happy. How could we want anything less for you? Love you, Mammaw. Dance and laugh forever. M2

Jean lived her entire life in Oklahoma enjoying both Yukon and Oklahoma City.  The baby of 13 children meant many rowdy family gatherings.  All of her siblings were awaiting her arrival at the ultimate reunion.

Co-Owner of ANDERSON'S DARI-D-LITE, Jean influenced many of Yukon's teens during the late 50's and early 60's.  Later in life, she brightened the financial community working at the First National Bank of Bethany.

Jean was preceded in death by her son, Steve Anderson, Don Anderson, and Leonard Culp.  She is survived by her daughter, Donna Anderson Mills, and three granddaughters, Michelle Mills, Jennifer Evans and Candace Austin.  She was also blessed with three great grand-children which include: Riley Austin, and Caroline and Thomas Evans, and daughter-in-law, Kathy Key Anderson Grissom.

Jean requested to be cremated with no service and a private internment.
