Jerry Bowers

Jerry Bowers passed away May 29, 2023. He was born in Oklahoma City on September 24, 1944. He graduated from Classen High School and Central State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving from 1966 – 1968. He was in service during the Tet Offensive.

He had several careers including salesman, driving a semi cross country for Lee Way and for 30 years he ran B&B Plumbing in Yukon, Oklahoma.

He loved fishing, Corvettes, Port Aransas and his family and friends. He was active in the Corvette Club and made many lifelong connections.

He liked to visit with people and was glad to have company. When you went to his house, he would welcome you in and sit you at the kitchen bar for a visit.

He loved his family and friends dearly and will be deeply missed.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd, Yukon, Oklahoma, with graveside service at 3:30 p.m., at Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler, Oklahoma.
