Kathleen Audrey Burns

Kathleen Audrey Burns passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the age of 70.

She was born on February 12, 1953, in Saratoga Springs, New York, to parents Uberto Caven and Emma Nichols. She had lived in Arizona and New York before settling down in Oklahoma. Kathy was a beloved wife, mother, and nanny who will be very missed by all of those around her.

Kathy was preceded in death by parents Uberto Caven and Emma Nichols; son Scott DeShields; and sister Colleen. She is survived by her husband Glen Burns; daughter Danis DeShields; step-son Chris Burns and wife Amber; step-daughter Jennifer DeGiusti and husband Adam; and granddaughters Charlye, Zoe, Alivia, and Kyle.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Rose Hill Burial Park, Oklahoma City, OK.
