Adquinna "Kaye" Blevins

Adquinna "Kaye" Blevins (née Standifer), a long-standing and cherished resident of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 74.

Born on March 9, 1952, in Amarillo, Texas, Kaye was the daughter of the late J.R. and Janelle Standifer. Her family later relocated to Oklahoma, where she attended local schools, graduated from Yukon High School with the Class of 1970, and proudly served as the 1968 American Legion Baseball Queen.

A dedicated public servant and familiar face to generations of local residents, Kaye spent her career serving her community. Over the years, she worked diligently across every tag agency in town and ultimately owned and operated Yukon’s Best Tag Agency. Known for her expertise, professionalism, and unwavering willingness to help anyone in need of a license or tag, she left an indelible mark on the civic life of Yukon.

On August 23, 1969, she was united in marriage to her lifelong love, David Blevins. Together, they built a life centered on faith, devotion, and an ever-growing family.

Kaye was preceded in death by her parents, J.R. and Janelle Standifer, and her beloved sisters, Sheila Duggan and Rhonda Green.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, David Blevins; her sisters, Vicki Whitener and her husband Dwayne, and Renee Ludwick; and her three children, who carry on her legacy of family devotion: Derek Blevins and his wife, Patty, along with their children: Amanda and Brian Shaver, Kristina and Richard Robbins, Taylor and Alex Hanna, Berkley and Aaron Mendiola, Jessica Blevins, and Dylan Blevins, Cara Andrade and her husband, John, along with their children: John Jr. and Misha Andrade, Matt and Holly Norton, and Jayce and Talor Andrade, Brandi Schweinberg and her husband, Troy, along with their children: Easton and Addison Schweinberg.

Kaye's legacy also lives on through her twenty cherished great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family members, neighbors, and lifelong friends in the Yukon community.

Viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the funeral home. Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 22 at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery.
