Kelley Jane Ellis

Kelley Jane Ellis (Drea), Age 60, of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Born on August 4, 1964, in Oklahoma City to Michael and Mary Ann Drea, Kelley was the beloved oldest sister to Michael Drea, Kristin Denton, and Kimberly Drea.

A proud graduate of Yukon High School, class of 1982, Kelley dedicated more than 30 years to her passion for beauty, earning her cosmetology license and mastering her craft with creativity and care. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, whose selflessness knew no bounds. Kelley's vibrant smile and infectious laughter had the power to light up any room, creating joy and warmth wherever she went.

Kelley's laughter was a melody that echoed through family gatherings, often ringing out as she shared stories and jokes with loved ones. It was a laughter that lifted spirits and drew people close, reminding us all to embrace the beauty of life's moments. Her ability to find joy in the simplest of things—whether it was tending to her beloved flower garden or cheering on her children in their passions— she was truly remarkable.

Her love of the outdoors led to adventurous vacations and countless memorable days at the lake, where she showcased her outstanding water-skiing skills and created lasting memories with family and friends. She treasured her long conversations filled with laughter, music and camaraderie with her dearest friend, Tracy Morris. Always finding joy in shared moments that made life so special.

Kelley is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Ellis; her daughters, Tayler Clark and Madison Ellis, along with her daughter-in-law, Aly; her son, Connor Ellis; and her cherished grandchildren, Emily, Shay, and Rylan Clark. She also leaves behind her three siblings and a vast network of family and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

A celebration of her life will be at 2:30 P.M., Monday, September 23, 2024, at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel, 1500 W. Vandament, Yukon OK, 73099. Flowers may be sent to Yanda & Son Funeral Home. Donations to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Foundation in Kelley's memory would be forever treasured.
