Kimberly "Kim" Gay Dudenhoeffer

Kimberly "Kim" Gay Dudenhoeffer was born February 5th, 1963 in Great Bend, Kansas to Carl Spry and Colleen Black. She grew up spending the summers with her grandparents in Ellinwood, Kansas, and always spoke so fondly of the time she spent with them. She attended Broken Arrow High school, where she played softball, and graduated in 1981.

Kim went on to attend college at Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1985. After college, she spent most of her career working in accounting, with her favorite position being with Chili's. She and Kurt still loved to spend Friday Date Nights eating there.

Outside of work, Kim loved playing bunco and taking road trips with the girls. However, she would say her greatest achievements were her four daughters. Her favorite things were spending time with her daughters, grandsons, and husband, Kurt. Even though they initially met in high school, Kim reconnected with her first love, Kurt Dudenhoeffer in 2010. Kurt was the perfect addition to the family and fell back in love with Kim, and her four girls. Kurt officially joined the family November 12, 2016 and made Kim the happiest she had ever been. They enjoyed watching college sports together, and attending the OSU vs Texas Tech Football Game each year.

Kim went to be with her Lord and Savior on Good Friday, April 3, 2026. She is survived by her husband, Kurt Dudenhoeffer; and four daughters, Lindsey and her husband Keith; Kellie and her husband Chris; Kourtney and her husband Josh; Mackenzie and her husband Garrett; her mother, Colleen Black; her two brothers, Brady; Joe and his wife Sandy; two grandsons, Kayden and Karsen; and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Yukon, Oklahoma, with interment to follow at Yukon Cemetery.
