Larry Roe

Larry Roe passed away May 9 2023, in Leander, Texas.  He was born November 28, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ervin and Betty Roe. He was the oldest of 3 children.  Larry graduated from Putnam City High School in 1969, and later earned a BA from the University of Central Oklahoma.  Larry married Debbie Lloyd on June 8, 1972.  They have two sons Ryan and Scott. Larry worked for Cox Communications and Mac Signs most of his career. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Steve Roe.  He leaves behind his wife Debbie of 50 years; his sister Jeanette (Roe) Bechtol and her husband Greg Bechtol of Yukon; son Ryan and wife Ashley and grandsons Cooper and Parker of Grapevine, Texas, as well as son Scott and wife Kristin and grandson Jake and granddaughter Rylee, of Leander, Texas.  "Pops" was so loved by his family and friends, and will be greatly missed.  Having accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, we rejoice knowing he is now resting in the arms of Jesus. Celebration of life services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2023 at Yukon Church, Yukon, OK, with interment following at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Wheatland, OK.
