Linda Lou Bratcher-Albrecht

Linda Lou Bratcher-Albrecht was a loving wife, nurturing mother, caring grandmother, and compassionate friend of many. She passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 74 surrounded by her family. She was born July 27, 1949 in Enid, Oklahoma to Homer H. Wyssmann and Evelyn J. Wyssmann (Eggers). Linda graduated from St. John's College in Winfield, Kansas in 1969 with a degree in Parish Work. After college she worked as a parish worker in Waco, Texas until moving back to Oklahoma. Linda worked in registration at St. Mary's Hospital where she met her first husband Ronald Bratcher. Linda and Ron married on April 17, 1976. After Ron's passing, Linda remarried Dennis Albrecht on April 30, 2017. She served her Lord and Savior for 51 years as a church secretary, organist, and pre-school teacher. She retired from Faith Lutheran Church in Branson, MO in 2018. Linda made many friends at Faith and was involved in the community.

Linda is preceded in death by her first and second husbands. She is survived by her truly loved sons, Russell and Kevin, her adored grandchildren, Sierra, Hailey, Chase, Natalie, and Sophia, and her cherished brothers, Joe and Brad Wyssmann. Linda taught her family many things including how to cook, crochet, play the piano, and more importantly to value life.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on December 27, 2023 at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Fairmont, Oklahoma. The service will be officiated by Pastor Timothy Dorsch. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church Overflowing Hearts at 221 Malone, Branson
