Linda Sue Hocker, lovingly known as “Suzi” to family and friends and “Memaw” to her grandchildren, passed away November 4, 2026, in Yukon, Oklahoma, at the age of 70. She was born February 28, 1956 in Wichita, Kansas, to Earl and Helen Harris.
Suzi dedicated more than a decade of her life to working in Yukon Public Schools.
While attending Northeast High School, Suzi met Lloyd Tosh. The two married in 1973 and shared 14 years of marriage, welcoming three children together: Larry Tosh, Jennifer Tosh Kline, and James Tosh.
In 1989, Suzi married Marty McKinley. They shared 30 years of marriage and welcomed one son, Marty McKinley.
On September 24, 2022, Suzi married Dee Hocker, who remained her loving husband.
Suzi was truly one of a kind. Sassy, strong-willed, and stubborn as they come, she had a personality that could never be duplicated. She was known for her beautiful, long hair and her unforgettable spirit. One of her greatest loves was plants. She absolutely adored them, and there was never such a thing as having too many. If there was an empty corner, you could bet Suzi thought it needed another plant!
Suzi is survived by her loving husband, Dee Hocker; her sons, Larry Tosh and wife Stacey Tosh, James Tosh, and Marty McKinley; her daughter, Jennifer Kline and husband Nicholas Kline; her brother, Dale Harris; her grandchildren, Slade, Cierra, Jazzmine, Gage Tosh, Madilynn and Jackson Kline, Aiden McKinley and Sage Tosh along with 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Marie Harris; her father, Earl Harris; and her brother, Earl Dean Harris.
Suzi leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memories, her laughter, her love, and even her famous stubborn streak. Her roots run deep, her love lives on, and her memory will continue to bloom in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.
