Linda Joyce Johnson

Linda Joyce Johnson, age 78, of Tuttle, Oklahoma, peacefully left this earth on October 19, 2022. She was born in Carnegie, Oklahoma on August 16, 1944 to Darrell and Laverne Ratliff. She lived in Carnegie until the 8th grade then moved to Chickasha, Oklahoma. Linda attended college at USAO and earned a teaching degree. She taught 1st grade at Verden, Oklahoma for one year and then married the love of her life, Lonnie Johnson, sharing 56 years of marriage prior to his death on January 2022.  She began teaching 4th grade at Amber-Pocasset and remained there until her retirement in 2000.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Johnson. She is survived by her son, Roger Johnson, of El Reno; daughter, Keli Grubisa, of Tuttle; 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Linda's life will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Yukon, OK.
