Linda Gayle Mowdy

Linda Gayle Mowdy passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 75. She was born June 7, 1947 in El Reno, OK, a daughter of the late Henry and Maxine (Hart) Paulk.

She was a dedicated employee for the Federal Corrections Institute for many years before retiring. In her spare time Linda was an avid gardner, enjoyed bird watching and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Dayle Swaim, son, Chris Mowdy, and granddaughter, Kelsey.

Linda is survived by her son, Greg Mowdy and wife Carly; sister, Jeannie Standfell, and grandchildren, Benjamin, Lauren, Cale and Jordan.

Viewing will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 12, at the Yukon Cemetery.
