Londa Ann Frewaldt

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Londa Ann Frewaldt, age 70, who passed away on December 18, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Ok.

Londa was born on June 18, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Ok to Richard and Sue Ledgerwood.  As a child, Londa moved around a lot including living a couple years in Japan, while her father was in the military.  She graduated high school from Thomas Dale in Chesterfield, Virigina.

Londa married Mike Frewaldt on June 4, 1976.  They had three children, Richard, John, and Suzanne.  They later divorced and she settled in the Tahlequah / Sallisaw area while her children grew up.

Londa worked as a nurse for many years including traveling nursing until 2008.  She ended up settling in the Mustang area after retiring in 2008 to be closer to her grandkids, Brady and Macy.  Little less than two years ago she got to welcome her second granddaughter, Harley Rose.

Londa loved to crochet and cross-stitch, even teaching it to her daughter, Suzie.  She also loved playing cards, especially hand and foot, and board games with friends and family.  She loved meeting new people and could talk to anyone.  She loved most animals that God created and if she could adopt all the dogs and cats, she would.  She loved to sit for hours outside watching the birds and wildlife.

Londa was preceded in death by son Richard Frewaldt, her parents Richard and Sue Ledgerwood, her brothers Jimmy and Bill Ledgerwood, nephew Wisdom Ledgerwood

Londa is survived by her son John Frewaldt and his wife Casey and their daughter Harley, her daughter Suzanne Frewaldt, Daughter in law Melissa Frewaldt and her two children Brady and Macy, Brother Don Ledgerwood, and many nieces.  She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who know her.

A graveside memorial service will be held on February 7, 2026 at 10 am at Frisco Cemetery, Yukon OK, where family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and legacy.
