Mickey Carl Graham

Mickey Carl Graham passed away peacefully on May 4, 2023 in Yukon, Oklahoma. He was 75 years of age when the Lord called him home. Born on August 3, 1947 in Alton, Illinois, he was the son of Carlos and Virginia Graham.

Mickey graduated from Southwestern High School in Flint Michigan in 1965. He then attended Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul Minnesota graduating in 1970 and where he met and fell in love with Rachel Tharp. They were married on August 12, 1967.

Throughout all of his years in Ministry he filled many roles with the United Pentecostal Church International, serving as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Pastor and Evangelist. He had a great burden for Home Missions and the work of reaching souls with the Gospel. Mickey pastored a total four churches throughout his work for God, in Mason City, Iowa, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Owasso, Oklahoma. Countless lives were affected by his ministry and love for souls.

He loved God and Family first but he had a passion for Crappie fishing that few could match. Mickey could fish for hours in a day and still only catch a few but as many would agree; he could really fill a basket full of fish even when no one else could. He loved working for Gods kingdom and spent many years at the UPC church campgrounds helping to build and maintain the grounds and buildings there.

Mickey is survived by his loving wife, Rachel; son, Randy and his wife Michelle and their sons and families: grandson, Austin and wife Lacey, who gave him 2 great granddaughters, Sutton and Blakely; grandson, Matthew and wife Megan, who gave him 1 great granddaughter, Paisley; son, Andrew Graham and his wife Misty and their children: grandson, Cagan and granddaughter, Savanna. Family was everything to him, and he loved his daughters-in-law as though they were his own. When his grandchildren were born it changed his life and when the great grandchildren were born it changed his world. Mickey also loved his wonderful extended family in the many brothers and sisters-in-law, and nephews and wonderful nieces that he also considered as his own children.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Carlos and Virginia Fay Graham, who were great influences on his life and taught him many of life's lessons and how to survive through them, as well as his brother, Donald Graham whom he loved.

A celebration of life viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 16 starting at 10:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. for all friends and family at the First Pentecostal Church of Yukon 1100 S. Cornwell Dr., Yukon, OK 73099. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m., at the church, with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery, where a great Man of God will be laid to rest.
