Patsy Jane Bradley

Patsy Jane Bradley, beloved mother of two children, Patrick Bradley age 57 of Yukon, Oklahoma and Jason Bradley 46 of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away from a stroke at her home on September 23, 2024, leaving a void with her family and friends that cannot be filled. Up until the end Patsy maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation of beauty, love of family and friends, and expressed gratitude for her long life, full of wonderful and varied experiences.

Patsy was born in Harrisburg, Illinois and graduated high school there in 1954. She later married Paul Bradley of Shawneetown, Illinois. They moved to Yukon in the 1960's.  Patsy was a long-time library assistant at Mable C Fry library in Yukon and upon retiring the City of Yukon named a day in her honor. She was a devout member of her church, St John's of Yukon, who served with various church society's. She loved to travel including many visits to Yellowstone as well as internationally.  Patsy loved reading books and spending time with her children and grandchild who she was immensely proud.

Patsy was preceded in death by her mother Lula Trammel; father Paul Trammel, and loving husband Paul Bradley. She is survived by her two sons, her granddaughter Ellie as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will never forget the love and joy she brought to their lives.

A Rosary will be held at 9:45 A.M. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at St. John of Nepomuk Catholic Church, located at 600 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, OK. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 A.M. at the same location, with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery, Yukon, OK.
