Priscilla "Gail" (Burchett) Slocumb

Priscilla Gail Burchett Slocumb, of Yukon, OK., passed away February 16, 2025, at the age of 79. Gail was born May 31, 1945, in Paintsville, KY, to Billy Burchett and Cleopatra Stumbo Bartley.

Besides her parents, Gail was proceeded in death by a brother, Tim Bartley, Prestonsburg, KY; brother Randolph Burchett of Batavia, OH; her beloved son, Michael Keith Carden, of Colorado Springs, CO; and stepdaughter, Brandi Mathis of Tulsa, OK.

Survivors include Gail's husband, Jack Slocumb; son, Maxwell Mishler, and daughter, Stacy (Ralf) Mishler Heiss, all of Yukon, OK, and Shannon (Jeff) Sullivan of Mustang, OK. Grandchildren, Brooke and Austin Mishler of California, Grayclynn and Leland Carden, of Colorado Springs, CO, Taylor (Connor) Gates, Zack (Taylor) Sullivan, Ashlee Mathis, Lance Mathis, and Tait Dodson. Three great-grandchildren also survive.

Gail leaves her sisters, Diann (Danny) Moon and Dena (Randy) Patton, all of Prestonsburg, KY, stepsister Teresa (Rick) Raabe, of Blue Creek, OH, stepbrother William (Michelle) Burchett of Amelia, OH, sister in-law, Juanita Burchett, of Batavia OH, and several nieces and nephews that she loved deeply.

A memorial service to celebrate Gail's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Together We Church in Yukon, Oklahoma. Gail will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with her family and friends.
