Regina Radtke Haynes

Regina Catherine Radtke Haynes, age 67, passed away on December 19, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born on February 4, 1957, in Oklahoma City, Regina was the third of four children born to Harold Joseph and Patricia Ann Radtke. She grew up in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, and attended the original Putnam City High School. A lifelong parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Warr Acres—a church her family helped establish—Regina's faith was a cornerstone of her life.

After high school, Regina moved to the Canadian County area where she raised four children. She and her husband of 30 years, Richard Martin Haynes, made their home in Yukon, Oklahoma, where they spent their years together. Regina worked in the automotive industry, performing administrative, accounting, and title processing work for several dealerships including Lynn Hickey Dodge, Bob Moore Autogroup, John Holt, Reynolds Ford, and most recently, El Reno Auto Auction.

Regina's joy in life was rooted in her deep faith and the cherished memories she made with her grandchildren. Known for her strength, resilience, and caring nature, she often went out of her way to care for others. It was not uncommon for Regina to bring food to work, saying "I cook, you eat." She had a passion for the outdoors, often spending time with her husband tending to their flowerbeds. Regina's charisma and laughter brought light wherever she went, and she had an exceptional ability to offer comfort through her words, food, and radiant smile. Her favorite saying, "God doesn't give you anymore than you can handle," is a reflection of her strength and unwavering faith.

Regina was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Joseph and Patricia Ann Radtke.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Martin Haynes; her children Christopher Leck and fiancée Christine Cross, Jennifer Wild and husband Steve, Jason Leck and wife Ashley, and Patrick Hill and wife Tiffany; her 12 grandchildren, Ethan, Brady, Sophie, Brayden, Collin, Savannah, Jayden, Karrington, Madelyn, Tucker, Ezra, and Isla; and her siblings, Greg Radtke, Rita Chapman, and PJ Radtke.

A funeral service will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Warr Acres, OK, on December 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
