Shelia Kaye Morgan

Shelia Kaye Morgan, loving and devoted mother who loved to be called "Nana" by her family and friends, passed away on September 14, 2022, after a courageous battle with Cholangiocarcinoma.

She was born in Enid, Oklahoma on September 2, 1962, to Kenneth and Connie Smith. Shelia had three brothers Gary, Bud, and Glen Smith.

Shelia was the mother to Mandy Ann Morgan Zahorodny. She loved and cherished her daughter unconditionally.

Shelia retired as a Crew Chief from the City of Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department. Shelia was known for her hard work and dedication to the City of Oklahoma City. Shelia loved to spend time with her family, friends, and especially her grandbabies. She was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. She loved to go garage selling on the weekends to find the best bargain.

She is survived by her friend, Al Morgan; daughter, Mandy Morgan Zahorodny and Pete Zahorodny; grandchildren, Kayden and Madilyn Zahorodny; brothers, Gary and Glen Smith, and nieces, and nephews, Jordan Smith, Bret Smith, Kara Qullas, Kayla Carrington, Kenneth Collins, Josh Smith, Matthew Smith, Shelby Smith, and Zachery Smith.

Shelia was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Ruby Karr; mother, Connie Jedele; father, Kenneth Smith, Sr., and brother, Kenneth "Bud" Smith, Jr.

Services will be held at Yanda & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services on September 24, 2022, at 1pm.
