Stacey Benson

Stacey Benson, 57, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving husband and son. Stacey was born on July 8, 1965 in Oklahoma City, where she grew up and graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1984. Stacey and her family traveled most weekends to their family property near Mannsville, Oklahoma. There she learned to fish, garden, hike, and ride horses. Stacey will be remembered as a very intelligent, caring, and giving person. Her love for children and teaching led her to become a pre-school teacher, which she enjoyed for many years. Stacey loved cooking, traveling on cruises, and spending time outdoors with her husband and son. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Dorothy Elledge. She is survived by her husband Gary Benson, her son Benjamin Benson, and her loving family.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 12, from 5pm – 8pm at Yanda & Son Funeral Home in Yukon. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, Yukon, on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 10:30 am, with burial following at Frisco Cemetery in Yukon.
