Steven Morris Roe

Steven Morris Roe, brother, uncle, and lover of games passed away suddenly, entering the Gates of Heaven, July 25, 2022.

Steve was born in Oklahoma City on March 9, 1953 to Ervin and Betty (Fisher) Roe. He is survived by a brother, Larry Roe, and his wife Debbie, of Leander, TX, and sister, Jeanette Bechtol, and her husband Greg, of Yukon, OK.  Steve is also survived by several nephews and a niece, as well as a host of great-nephews and great-nieces.

Steve graduated from Putnam City West High School and attended SW Oklahoma State University.

Steve will be remembered for his competitiveness.  He enjoyed playing board games, croquet, and ping pong with his extended family and will be missed at family gatherings.

Steve accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior as a young boy.  He was a devout Christian, and the family knows he is now resting in the arms of Jesus.

The family extends their gratitude to Heritage Assisted Living and Heritage Manor Nursing Facility for the care he was given the past several years.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK.
