Verba Jo Klingsick

Verba Jo Klingsick, 66, entered Paradise and into the arms of our Lord on August 14, 2023 to be reunited with her husband Billy. She was born on September 25, 1956 to James and Eula Clark in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She graduated from Mustang High School in 1974. She worked in the Trucking and Transportation Industry for most of her life. In the year 1994, she married Billy Klingsick. They fought many battles together and loved each other till the very end. Verba was a very caring and welcoming person, one of the most loyal friends anyone could have. She loved visiting her cousins and attending family reunions in Sasakwa, Oklahoma. She enjoyed traveling and meeting new people, even if it meant traveling alone. She also enjoyed crafts, especially quilting with her mother, even after her mother passed. She was always ready to create new experiences. Verba was a very strong, independent and loving woman. Her boys and grandchildren were her whole life. She would spend every moment if possible with her grand babies. She was very spiritual. Verba served in many ways at Trinity Baptist Church and deeply loved her small group and other friends. The congregation at her church was like family to her. Verba is survived by her two sons, David and Daniel Reggio, along with her grandchildren, Kimber, Colt and Hannah; brothers: James E. Clark, Eugene Clark and John Hoyt Clark and sister, Tawana Gray. Her kind heart and warm embraces will be strongly missed by family and friends.

A celebration to honor her wonderful life will be held at Trinity Baptist Church in Yukon, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24. There will be a luncheon provided before at 12:00 p.m.
